Every Grotrevleg address sign is personalized and made to order. That means lead times differ from warehouse stock plaques. This overview explains proof, production, and shipping expectations for customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
What happens after you order
- You choose size, finish, and enter house number / street text on the product page.
- We prepare a digital design proof—normally within about 24 hours.
- You approve spacing and lettering (or request edits).
- Production begins after approval. Typical production is about 7–10 business days.
- The parcel ships from China with tracking.
If we do not hear back within three days after sending a proof, we may proceed with the proof on file so your order is not stuck—reply sooner if you need changes.
Transit expectations
International tracked shipping times vary by carrier, customs, and destination. Many US, Canadian, and Australian orders arrive within a few weeks after dispatch, but peak seasons, weather, and customs checks can add time. Customs and duties
Customs handling depends on your country’s rules and declared value. Some destinations may assess duties or taxes on arrival. Grotrevleg cannot control local customs processing speed. Keep your order confirmation handy if a carrier requests contact details.
Planning around install dates
Building a new entrance or scheduling a contractor? Order early enough for proof edits plus 7–10 business days of production plus transit. Illuminated LED and RGB signs follow the same proof and production window; plan power access before install day using the LED notes.
Choosing before you wait
