Normal production time is 7–10 business days after design approval. Estimated total production and delivery time is 14–22 business days for the United States and 15–25 business days for Canada and Australia. Customers in other countries or regions should contact us before ordering.

Yes. Each sign includes the standard mounting hardware specified on its product page. Because wall materials vary, different anchors or screws may be required for wood, brick, concrete, or other surfaces.

RGB models include app-based timer and brightness controls. Single-color 12V models do not have a built-in timer or dimming controls and are switched on and off using the power adapter. A compatible plug-in timer may be used if needed.

No. The power adapter, controller, and cable connectors are not waterproof and must be installed indoors or inside a suitable weatherproof enclosure. Illuminated signs operate on 12V using the supplied power adapter and are not designed for direct hardwiring.

Eligible manufacturing and workmanship issues are covered for 365 days after delivery. If you experience a problem, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video so we can review it.
