We take pride in creating custom products made especially for you. Because each order is personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will verify the issue and offer a replacement or a refund accordingly.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
