We normally send your digital design proof within 24 hours. Production begins after approval. If we receive no response within 3 days, we may proceed using the proof provided.
Production
Every sign is custom-made. Normal production time is 7–10 business days after design approval.
Tracked Delivery
United States: 14–22 business days.
Canada and Australia: 15–25 business days.
Standard shipping and applicable import charges are included.
Warranty & Support
Eligible manufacturing and workmanship issues are covered for 365 days after delivery. We normally respond within 24 hours.
